We have setup our new state of the art galvanizing plant, commissioned in February 2020, with a capacity of over 85,000MT per anum. The plant incorporates the best in-class technology, products and practices from across the galvanizing world.

The Galvanizing plant has a tank size of 13M Length by 1.6M width and a depth on 2.2M. The plant setup is one of the largest galvanizing baths in India. We have 10 process tanks with a size of 13.5M length, 2M width and 2.5M depth.

  • We have 30+ years' experience in Hot Dip Galvanizing
  • We have produced over 8 lac tonnes of Galvanizing Steel with a value of 6 lac Crores +
  • We have supplied Galvanized steel to over 25 countries across 4 continents
  • We follow the 7-tank process in Galvanizing and follow ISO 1461 Quality standard for Galvanizing
  • Our Plant is ISO 9001 Approved and approved by PGCIL
  • Our current plant is also one of the largest pllants in South India with a bath size of 13 meters length, 1.6 Meters width and 2.2 Meters depth
  • We have a capacity of 7000 MT per month and at present are doing 4500 MT per month
  • We are willing to take orders from 1 MT to 1000 + MT and even larger if required
  • Once the material reaches our works it will be dispatched in 24 to 36 hours depending on the size of the load
  • We will pick-up the material from your works and return the same post galvanization
  • At our works we also do telecommunication towers fabrication, cold rolled formed structures for solar, cable trays and other industries and general fabrication products
  • We have an MoU with HZL for supply of special high grade zinc only.
  • Inhouse well equipped QC Lab with Spectrometer.
